The Benevolent Care Fund supports a promise that no resident would ever feel the burden of losing their home due to their financial situation, by providing financial support to meet the housing needs of qualifying residents for the extent of their life at Aviva. This fund includes resources for housing, dining, health services and transition to a higher level of care. These residents, who remain anonymous, can sleep peacefully knowing they will never lose the comforts and services of the Aviva community they know and love.
This program provides the opportunity for residents and their family members who have had a positive experience with the service, staff and mission of Aviva Senior Living to express their gratitude to the organization. Gifts made through this initiative are significant tax-deductible donations that support improvements to the community in areas of direct resident use (e.g., Memory Care, Library enhancements, etc.).
Residents enjoy an active life off campus, but to encourage resident participation on campus we have a robust in-house Life Enrichment Program. Residents, as well as the public, can enjoy a multitude of social, artistic and recreational activities, including the Classical Music Concert Series, Author Series, Elder Health Series and Environmental Series.
At Aviva, we welcome all. We also honor our founder’s vision to create a community built on Jewish values. We offer our residents a wide variety of Jewish experiences, including on-site religious services, Sarasota Jewish Theatre, and other events, the annual Book of Remembrance and much more. Your donation supports our ability to provide these programs.
